Silver Jewellery Beats Gold Ornaments

Who would have imagined that silver jewellery would outrun gold ornaments? Silver was seen as nothing more that a poor substitute for gold jewellery and this is one of the reasons why the metal was usually used to make utensils as cutlery as opposed to jewellery items. But things have changed drastically now and designers have decided to turn their attention towards silver. Be it wedding rings, engagement ring or even everyday ornaments, silver seems to be the new favourite.
